As a contributor, I was previously confused on what types of discussions should happen on Discord. Although the fundamental issue here is essentially recognizing that Discord is a transient communication channel, I feel that getting the general written up may be helpful.

Ironically, previously discussed in Discord over these issues, and the conversation boiled down to the fact that some information are more transient than others. I apologize if this type of documentation is overreach.
